All dispatch and delivery times are as accurate as possible, in exceptional circumstances these can vary slightly.
We regret that it is not possible to collect your order from our warehouse.
Oversized items cannot be shipped via Royal Mail and therefore, if your order contains an oversized item, DPD Express Courier will be the only available shipping option.
An important note about Lithium Batteries

THE FEEDBACK COMPANY
Seems OK, but is proving difficult to program. Will work on a "simple" TV. Instruction book inadequate. Does not show our TV model - and it's not obscure!!
Replacement for broken remote.
This remote has its flaws but for its price and its capability it gets 5 stars from me! Pros: -Can support any device you have an I.R remote for -Good Price -looks good (better then my actual remotes) -Good price :p -Macro mode Cons: -Could do with more internal memory -I cant get the hang of the angle (could be my fault) Recommendations: -As it supports Xbox 360 (quite well after i gave it a lot of tries), it should come as a pre-defined code :) -Increased memory for us heavy users please (idealy enough for each button on each mode) -put something in the manual about optimal angle use-age -If you can, try and build a website with a database of the codes and what TV models they work with, each brand does to many TVs (and as a result there are two many codes) to go through. Put in model, get code would be much better then trying each one and users would be happy to help flesh it out. This remote can be a tricky one, and they could do with increasing its memory. Personally I didn't have much luck with pre-existing codes so chose to use the "learn" function to get all my different devices working I paired my: -Xbox 360 -Raspberry Pi (PC Remote see below) -T.V -Sony Surround Sound (see below) But sadly it ran out of memory space when i started adding Surround Sound so i deleted my Xbox. But you have to admit that is an impressive range of devices. as mentioned, if i didn't already have remotes for all these devices, i would have been a bit stuck, (particularly for the XBox 360). It does have a large list of codes for a large list of devices but I didn't get full support with a lot of them so defaulted to the learn mode. The learn process was a little painful, it consists of pointing the two devices at each other, pressing the learn key, pressing the button you want on the other remote, hoping the uni remote picks it up. Sometimes it thinks it picks it up, but hasn't and you have to start again. This can get painful when pairing as many devices as I did but it did work, after trial and error! The learn function also lets you do stuff like control multiple devices from one mode. For example on the "DVD" mode I have the up/down/left/right associated to my Pi (xbmc) but the volume associated to my surround sound. The macro mode deserves a mention as well. With my standard T.V remote, there is no button to take it straight to HDMI, instead i have to cycle through all the modes. I set up the macro mode to "press" the input button the right amount of times so it goes straight to HDMI. Its not flawless (as you have to keep it pointed at the right devices) but its a great feature! It had one issue that killed it for me though and that was its I.R range. For some reason if i want to use it with the pi I.R sensor i have to hold it up really high and point it down, which is a real shame, i'm sure i could modify it to work better but in the end it wasn't a better experience then controlling all of my devices from separate remotes. Thinking about it, this remote is probably designed to work while facing you, instead of the traditional, point it at device mode... so easily could be user error! HOWEVER for its price I can not really fault it on those things, in the end of the day it gave me a chance to trial the experience of one remote. Personally I am not going to try and get a better one, I've decided to stick with multiple remotes. For a lot of people this device would be perfect, I was asking it to do ALOT of stuff and it did it, more or less :).
product is good value for money and very useful
