We deliver from our dispatch centre in England to the UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands and Ireland (ROI).
All dispatch and delivery times are as accurate as possible, in exceptional circumstances these can vary slightly.
We regret that it is not possible to collect your order from our warehouse.
Oversized items cannot be shipped via Royal Mail and therefore, if your order contains an oversized item, DPD Express Courier will be the only available shipping option.
An important note about Lithium Batteries
We can only ship Lithium Batteries to UK Mainland and Highlands & Islands but not to Ireland (ROI).
Due to recently introduced legislation, Royal Mail are now unable to deliver Lithium Batteries through their network. This means that any order containing Lithium Batteries must be delivered by our express courier, DPD. Whilst we realise that this adds a cost to your order, we would urge you to combine multiple products into one order to achieve the best value for delivery.

• You must notify us of any missing items within 14 days.
• You must notify us of any incorrectly received or unwanted items within 7 days.
• All items carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Some products may be required to be sent directly to the manufacturer for any faults after 14 days.
• If your item/s has been miss described and you wish to return it, you may do so but we must be notified within 7 days so that we can do this for you.
• We will however not accept returns on DRAM, CD/DVD Media or Film for incompatibility issues.
• We cover all return postage (up to First Class Royal Mail Postage) for 'Faulty' or 'mis-described' items, but will not cover your return costs for unwanted items.
• Unwanted items must be returned to us with their original packaging.
• To arrange a claim for your missing items we have to allow a full 28 days from the date of dispatch for the delivery of the goods (as required by the Royal Mail Postal Service), then we will be able to arrange to refund or resend the items as required.

What can I say, it's a memory card, it worked first time as expected and appears to be quick.
I use this product in my car cam
The readers (micro SD cards) work well but only one reader worked. The replacement reader didn't work either. Shipment #100233267 for Order #100239854
It is hard for for me to type.
2 x 32gb memory cards were purchased for use in a Garmin GPS for storing maps. The first two memory cards that were delivered were faulty and had to be returned, the replacements took 3 weeks to arrive.
My son wanted this to increase memory on his phone. Product was as described & he seems happy with it!
I use this for my music and storage on my tablet and it's great

Product fits nicely in my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone, but was not recognised by my Garmin GPSMap 62st, which I had originally bought it for. No problem as swapped the cards so have a bigger and quicker one in my phone :)

In my phone, an HTC Desire, I have replaced a class 4 SDHC memory card with this class 10 SDHC card. The phone now performs much better when running multiple apps. Previously, while driving and using Navigator the music app would give only intermittent bursts of music. These apps now both work perfectly together.

i recently puchased a SDHC Memory Card + SD Adapter - 32GB, when i got it and put my tablet into the tablet to expand the memory.(i must admit just perfect), i would recommend this SDHC Memory Card + SD Adapter - 32GB to all. fantastic quality product

I bought this to allow transfer of music/pictures from a laptop to an Android media player. Now able to listen to music and view pictures on main TV screen by simply inserting SD card into media player. Could easily have used an external drive , but sd card can stay in media player and only need to remove when update required.
