We understand that sometimes a purchase may no longer be required. If you would simply like to return the item, then we can refund the purchase provided the following conditions are met:


We are sure you will be 100% delighted with your product, and that it will provide many years enjoyment. As with all electronic equipment very rarely, problems can occur. We want you to be absolutely happy with the purchase you have made and therefore we have formulated the following policy for your peace of mind.

Prior to using the item, please ensure you read the instruction manual, to fully understand the operations and features of the equipment.

In the unlikely event that you experience any technical problems with the item, or require assistance with its operations, then we advise the following:

A manufacturing defect is recognised when the item fails to operate normally provided that the defect has not been caused by one or more of the following: mishandling, home repairs, modification, cleaning, fall, shock, drop, fire, flood, water damage, thunderbolt, act of God, pollution, bad power supply, improper storage, leaking batteries, sand or mud etc entering the product casing.

If you have had the item for more than 7 days and a manufacturing defect occurs, DO NOT SEND THE ITEM TO US.

We will advise you of the correct procedure for the repair of the make & model of the product you own.

If you have had the item for 7 days or less and it has a manufacturing defect, then you may send it back to us for a refund. We will refund your postage costs also. Please use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure safe delivery to us.

If the item needs a repair due to mis-use such as being mis-handled, dropped, knocked, water, grit, sand, moisture damaged etc., then please contact the manufacturer to arrange for a repair to be made at your expense.

If the item was purchased more than 1-year ago, then the warranty period is up, and you must contact the manufacturer directly - not us - to arrange for a repair to be made at your expense.
