A: Rapid dispatch does not mean that your order will be in your
hands within "24" or "48" hours, it just means it will have been
shipped from our warehouse with "high priority" and skips the
queue, normal delivery time would still apply.

working days, but the delivery time can be up to 10 working
days (2 full weeks) from the time of dispatch.

different delivery address to the address registered with your
    bank card.

under the VAT limit there can sometimes be a short delay
    between deliveries.

postage again for back ordered items.

A: As we do not stock mobile phones we can't always be sure of
which card will work in your mobile phone. Though we ask that
you check your manual as this will usualy have information on
the size & type of flash memory card that is compatible in your
    device.

    can do.

You can do this by visiting this "link".

A: When an item is out of stock for prolonged periods of time,
we switch them off on our website so that we don’t build up to
many back-orders in case we are unable to find stock of that
item again. Just keep looking occasionally and I’m sure the
    item will return soon!

A: Due to the fact we do not have a list of every Camera, MP3
player, Mobile Phone, PDA etc, it would be impossible for us to
be able to recommend which of our products is "best suited"
to your equipment, so we ask for you to please check your manual
    first before contacting us.

A: The class of an SDHC Memory Card relates to the speed of the
memory card itself, so say the class was 2 for example, both
the read and write speeds of the card would be able to hold a
sustained read and write speed of 2mb/s. This is the same for
all SDHC memory card classes, the class simply states the
minimum read and write speeds of the card.
