7dayshop is fully committed to providing you with first class customer service and care. Whilst we don’t have a telephone system we do have an excellent “ticket” system to more efficiently deal with customer questions and product information etc.
We do our utmost to provide you with a fast reply but please be aware that we are only able to answer “tickets” during normal office hours. There will always tend to be a backlog after the weekend or a Public holiday but rest assured your questions or comments are VERY important to us and we will give you a reply as soon as we possibly can.
