We ask that you read our FAQ's before sending us a ticket as your question may have already been answered! You can do this by clicking the link above. If your enquiry relates to a technical issue with a digital camera, we advise that you seek advice from the manufacturers website before contacting us - this may be a far quicker response for you. If you do submit a support request and you later discover that you have found the answer you needed, then please help us by letting us know by submitting a subsequent message to that effect. Whilst we endeavour to answer all messages sent to us via this form in good time, we can get very snowed under with questions that are simply answered more efficiently within our own web pages. Firstly, we recommend that you read our About Us page. It includes information on delivery times, and you will find answers to most questions. We strongly recommend that you self-check on the up-to-the-minute status of your order by visiting your account history page. Information is also available about items on back order. Our product descriptions are very accurate, and therefore all products are exactly as described in text and pictures unless otherwise stated. With respect - please double check a product description before emailing us to ask, for example, 'what film speed is Velvia 50?' or 'How many pictures will store on a CompactFlash 128mb?' - these type of questions just slow up the whole system Please do not request the addition of items to your order - we are fully automated, and support staff do not have the ability to add 'this and that' to orders... Please do not request the removal of items from your order - we are fully automated and support staff do not have the ability to remove things from orders... You CAN request the removal of a backorder item from your order - provided that when we come to your support request that the item has not arrived and is being dispatched... We hope the above information is useful to you, and serves as an instant answer in most cases, but you may still need help so click here to continue. |
