- STOCK UP ON SUPPLIES: Spare batteries for you camera and flash gun are essential and plenty of memory cards. I use 7dayshop 32Gb memory cards and rechargeable AA batteries for my flashgun. I find the small flashlights essential as it is quite dark around parts of the track.
- LOOK FOR ICONIC LANDMARKS: There are a few landmarks that is instantly recognisable as iconic Le Mans images. The Dunlop bridge, the giant Ferris wheel, and the Essess makes excellent backdrops for your photos. Move around and compose your images to include these landmarks
- CAPTURE THE AMBIENCE: There is plenty of photo opportunities off-track. Capture the excitement of the huge crowd, as well as the tired spectators in the small hours. You can get fairly close to the pits area to catch some shots of the drivers and mechanics.
