Guernsey Cream Fudge is handmade and packed in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
Traditionally produced - This magical sweet treat is produced in a purpose built commercial kitchen in a traditional copper bowl over a raw flame ( a very skilled and secret method )
The Fudge is poured hot into trays and left to cool awaiting hand cutting and weighing for specific bars, bags or chunks with an impressive array of hand cutting tools
We then seal the product to keep it sweet and sticky before going on to be hand packaged in gift boxes.
