7dayshop.com reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions occasionally without prior notification. You must check regularly and when placing an order to determine whether the terms and conditions have been changed. The contract will be concluded in English.
The website may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or through the website.

MAKING AN ORDER
General Information
All communication from 7dayshop.com will be addressed to the email address that you supply. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order, please get in touch with us immediately. 7dayshop.com will not be responsible if you fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provided.
If you are under 18 you may browse the website, but all orders must be made by your parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.
Description of Products
All products listed for sale on 7dayshop.com will be described to you by written descriptions and images detailing the products’ features. We are obliged by law to supply goods that conform to the purpose they are intended for. The price shown adjacent to each product will be VAT inclusive by default if you are not logged in. After logging in the price will be relevant to the default address you have stored with your account. When you change a delivery address and select postage options at the checkout, the website will automatically adjust the pricing of your shopping cart and indicate a detailed final total that is applicable to your order.
The steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
You pay and place the order for your products simultaneously on the website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.
We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Order acceptance by us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
When your product is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
This contract will end at the end of the cancellation period as detailed below.
Non-acceptance of an order by us may be one of the following reasons:
The product you ordered is unavailable from stock.
The product you ordered is unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You are not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in these terms & conditions.

Payment
We accept payment in GBP (£) only. We accept payments from all major credit cards, and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not store any credit card details - All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider's website.
Delivery
We provide a delivery service to the UK, and Channel Islands addresses only. Free delivery is available on all items, for upgraded delivery options the total price will be clearly displayed at checkout, before ordering.
We provide a collection service to customers based in Guernsey.
Dispatch of orders for delivery is as follows:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm: Dispatched same day.
Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 1pm: Dispatched next day.
Orders placed Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday: Dispatched Monday.
Orders are normally received within 1, 2 or 3 days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service, please allow up to 10 business days for UK delivery.
If you have not received your order after the time periods outlined above, please contact us straight away and we will do all we can to help. An order will not be considered as lost until 28 days have elapsed from the date of posting. We may ask you for documentary proof of delivery address if a claim of non receipt is made.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please get in touch with us right away, either by phone or email. We will do our best to remove the order from our system. If the order has been packed ready for posting it may not be possible to cancel.
Your right to cancel the order will expire after 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods.
You must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, or email). Here is a sample email for order cancellation:

If you cancel this contract, upon receipt of the returned goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery. We will not reimburse upgraded delivery costs that were purchased by you at the time of ordering.
Products must be returned undamaged, and in original unopened condition and not used in any way whatsoever.
If the returned product is not returned as above, then we will not accept it, and if you wish it to be returned back to you the cost of posting will be at your expense. Please note that products which are liable to deteriorate or expire, such as camera film, food etc and products which are obviously personalised or bespoke made are excluded from cancellation rights.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction. There will be no fees for reimbursement for order cancellation.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All products carry a 1-year warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page for the item on this website.
If a product you have received is defective or not working in the way you thought it would, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We may be able to help resolve the issue without a return being necessary.
Otherwise, please request an "Returns Authorisation" BEFORE returning your product. Returning without an RMA may result in the package being returned to you.
You need to supply an order number, and a Valid Reason to return the item - see details below.
If any product becomes defective, after 30 days have elapsed since your receipt of the item and provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a direct warranty repair in which case you will be asked to return the item to them.
A product returned to 7dayshop.com will be assessed by us and where possible we will repair or replace the defective part to the manufacturer specification and return the product to you.
If your product does not meet expectations and you wish to return it, you may do so but we must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
In the event that you need to return a defective product, we offer a freepost return address. Not all products can be sent using the freepost address, and we will advise accordingly.
We cannot be held responsible for a returned product if lost whilst in transit. For valuable items, please use a recorded delivery service.
Where it is not possible to use our freepost address or if you choose to return the defective product to us using your own method of delivery, we will refund up to £2.99 of the costs incurred by you. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs.
