The new Apple iPhone 6 Plus may have only just gone on sale, but reports are emerging that users seem to be finding small but noticeable bends after the phones have been in their pockets. It has sparked a storm on the internet dubbed BendGate.

Just take a look at this video posted on YouTube by Unbox Therapy showing how one tester managed to bend the new iPhone 6 Plus at will (please note some moderate swearing).

The reports have focussed on bends just south of the handsets’ volume controls, reports tech website Engadget.
